I Scream for Oreo Ice Cream!

Cookies and cream ice cream is a classic favorite for many - myself included. But you know what makes it taste even better? That's right, making it yourself! 

"Oh, but I don't have an ice cream maker." "I don't have money or space for those fancy gadgets."

Fear not, lovely little chefs. This recipe requires NO extra or fancy equipment to make. Just a normal mixer and a spatula!





3 cups heavy cream/heavy whipping cream (they're the same!)

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1 family size pack of Oreo cookies

1/4 cup of caramel sauce

1/4 cup of chocolate sauce



1. Beat the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. ** It will start to thicken, and if you scoop some onto a whisk and turn the whisk right-side up, the cream won't fall down. Be careful not to beat it too much, or you'll make your own butter! **

2.Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and about 30 crushed up Oreos. (Make the pieces as big or small as you like!) Then add in the chocolate and caramel sauces and stir in gently.

3.  Scoop all of this into a loaf pan. Or leave it in the bowl. Drizzle it with some extra caramel and chocolate, sprinkle some extra cookie pieces on top.

4. Freeze for at least 5 hours. It may take longer.


Tada! You have successfully made the world's most delicious cookies and cream ice cream! And you don't even have to share ;)
