Easy to Submit

Submissions are clear and simple. All of the guidelines are located under the submissions tab along with the submission email address. But in case you are like us and procrastinate, submissions can be submitted here.

Visual Arts

A lot of Literary Journals are currently pursuing the world of visual arts, and we are no different. We want strong pieces to pair with our stories, and we want those art forms to come from you!

Are You Part of the LGBT Community?

For Valentine’s Day 2017, we are publishing a special LGBT issue. Do you have anything that could be included?

The Paragon Journal is an online literary publication that is currently looking for submissions. We are interested in fiction, creative non-fictions, poetry, and visual art – but are open to other forms of creative expression as well – created by people between the ages of all ages (which means that you can be as young as 13 and above). If you have a piece that you don’t think fits into on of our categories, don’t worry, you can still send it in! We will find a good home for it. Submissions are open year-round, but the deadline for the sixth issue is December 16th, 2016. We are going to have a complete on-line magazine (but do have a print-on-demand option if you would want a physical copy), so if you do get published you can send the link to all of your friends.

Why the Paragon Journal?

If you are browsing the internet, you will find that there are many different literary magazines that are publishing the same types of work that we are. That might lead to the question of why to choose us and the simple answer is because we are new and are trying to make a name for ourselves. Also, we were tired of getting rejection letters from almost every journal we tried to publish so we have decided to create our own to help writers.
